Well, I think the champs like Yi, Tryn, Noc or WW will still get 
Feral Flare, even if it isn't that effecitve. And Warwick has the bonus of healing himself anyway. I just think Blade of the Ruined King is now way more effective than Wit's End as second item to compensate the health loss.
