Now first let me just say something. RP = Riot Points. There is no difference between the two. So when you or some says RP or Riot Points that are the same ****ing thing.
From what I have seen from your last threads/comments, you are asking for contests and ways to get free RP.
You mentioned "free RP sites", those don't exist. They are scams meant to takes your information/money, kinda ironic when you think about it.
You mentioned contests. You are not even level 30. You can't enter contests until level 30. Not to mention the time and effort needed to at least do well in a contest. I really doubt you will want to spend months even years trying to get better at the game.
So all your ways of trying to get RP wont work for you. What can you do? All your choices are either fake or take to long.
There is one way though.
GET FRIENDS
Oh the glory of friends, they are like people, but you actually know them.
And do you know what friends can do? They can gift your RP. Thats right, you can people to give you free stuff!
But there is a problem with the friends idea. You need time and social skills. If you have neither of those your better off trying the get to level 30 and hone your skills idea again.
But I have heard of this magical place called..... a store. I also heard at this store you can buy League of Legends Riot Point cards and use them on the game. But after all its just a myth. I don't even know if they exist...

There is one way to get free RP, and that is to watch streamers who do give away's on Twitch. Your chances are low to get it that way, and not a lot of streamers do it anymore. Just scroll down to the streamers who have about 10-20 viewers and you might find someone doing a give away's and boom RP code.
Other then that there is virtually no way to get it for free. Other then friends gifting it to you
