how about 9 armor seals and 9 marks of hybrid pen?
ty for feedback i fixed the 6th point in E.
about runes:
armor quints > armor yellows (better stats)
i dont really think hybrid pen is the best mark choice for current Q style thresh since your source of early game dmg is your normal atk thats why i have ad marks or armor marks. For example hybrid pen marks work really good on zyra/annie/leona/lulu/sona since you combine normal atks with your spell dmg.
If you have more questions feel free to ask. Maybe hybrid pen could work well if you max E instead of Q :) give it a try :P i havent tried it yet tbh :D.
