So i'm looking at buying more champions, i don't like champions that fall off. So if people could name champions that fall off here it would be helpful.

I main - Jinx, Draven, Jax, Akali, Poppy. (Poppy Support/Sometimes top.)
I want - Graves, Diana, Talon, Nocturne, Volibear.
All the champions i listed in the "I want" i really want to get but i'm not sure if they fall off or not.

Graves and Diana fall off in terms of damage though. Their utility is pretty great all game though.

Talon falls off like mad. Volibear falls off unless you build Feral Flare and Nocturne scales incredibly well into late game with only Feral Flare and Blade of the Ruined King.

Not wanting to hijack this thread, but Graves falls off because he depends on his abilities' burst, right? And Twitch is awesome because of his ult and invisibility that scale really well into late-game?

Perhaps it's better to know why champions fall off rather than just getting told they do.
