Dude, if you came here hoping someone is going to carry you then you thought wrong. Everyone here believes in the philosophy of carrying yourself, if you arn't a skilled enough player to carry your team and more importantly yourself then you have no business asking other to carry you

We're here to help you as a community, but you've got to fight your own battles. You are going to have to carry yourself out of ELO hell, or else you wouldn't have learned anything from it.
I've carried several of my friends from silver to gold - with much difficulty. It was not a pleasant experience for me, and it wasn't very nice for them either; When they finally got to gold, they got demoted shortly afterwards, because they never learned anything in our ranked games.
On one last note, try to start recognizing your own mistakes. Yes, they are there, and they do exist, and it's a big deal that you recognize them and try to improve them. There's no point in playing ranked unless you're willing to make the extra effort to improve yourself

No one here is going to help you. Here is why:
All YOU have to do to get better is to simply do that. BE A BETTER PLAYER/PERSON, and CONSTANTLY work on improving your mechanics and decision making. I can tell you that even our Diamond players and even H4x, who is/was on a CHALLENGER TEAM and competed in the NACS makes mistakes. he doesn't complain about these kind of things, He focuses on making himself better. You should do that too,

- You aren't asking for anything. What's worse, you are DEMANDING our help. That's no bueno.
- You are not being any sort of specific. this ties into not asking about anything. You are going to get responses like "die less", "farm more", "carry harder", or my personal favorite "stop losing".
- Claiming Toxicity means you don't know how to deal with it. Toxicity exists at all levels and you have to manage it no matter where you advance to.
- You have outright claimed that your fate is out of your control by asking for a savior. This is a ridiculous claim.
