Oooooh, Brothers: A tale of two sons and Shadow Warrior 80% off. I've only heard good things about Brothers and Shadow Warrior is just great. I recommend giving them a look.
Torchlight 2 and Metro are also interesting, but I'll be waiting for Metro Last Light and 2033 redux myself (remakes for some reason).

F.E.A.R. 75% off! The original FEAR is ******* great. I highly recommend giving that one a bash. Hands down one of the best FPS games I've ever played.
I mean it still has the best AI I've ever seen in an FPS, 9 YEARS after release.
The series really went downhill after that though. FEAR 2 was decent and I haven't given FEAR 3 a try, but I don't think it has much of a chance to invigorate my interest in the series again.
