Used this guide a long time ago to try yorick jungle, liked it, made my own guide for the updated season.

- Faster start is rubbish. You're done if you get counter-jungled like that.
I kinda agree, honestly. I added it in as a possibility, but with the increased gold to Machete it isn't worth considering. Thanks for actually bringing that up, though. I've come back to do some cleanup and am probably gonna take that part down.
- You never want to delay jungle item, especially by 1000 gold.
Admittedly, I'm not a jungle main, so I wouldn't know. I'll have to take your word, but I don't think delaying a completed jungle item is the end of the world.
- Trinity force > Iceborn. Iceborn is a situational item, deffinately not core.
For damage, sure. My playstyle for Yorick is more of a tanky guy that does damage, not the other way around. Plus, Iceborn helps to cap out CDR which is my main purpose for the builds. I suppose you could grab another CDR item, but I like having the extra stats from Iceborn as well as the on-hit slow to help with Yorick's chasing.
- Mobility boots are bad since you can't gap close anyone with tier 1 movement speed.
I wouldn't say they're bad. They let you roam around, and it's not like you don't have tools from your kit to assist with chasing (W slow, Q speedboost). In the end, though, I suppose that Mobi Boots are more of a personal preference. I'd hope that readers would tailor their builds to fit their playstyles.
- Sunfire & Maw are rather weak last items. You don't even mention armor pen here.
I'll agree that Sunfire and Maw aren't the strongest 6th items, I was trying to toss in a few tanky suggestions. Armor Pen isn't really something I considered, though. Would you consider Black Cleaver/Ghostblade in place of Iceborn to stay CDR capped, allowing for a Triforce instead?
- I don't think utility masteries are worth, your defensive masteries are off and points are spread out randomly in other trees.
I like Utility jungling because of the extra stuff it can grant. As for defensive masteries, I tried to tailor them around Yorick himself since he already has crazy sustain and rarely tanks the camps himself.
- For your ability sequence: taking W earlier is really important due it also increases passive effectivity and it can take a hit for you.
Q ghoul can also tank a hit or two, and I prefer to take it to give some early game movespeed to speed up the initial clear.
I can see where you're coming from on a lot of these points, but I hope I explained my thought process a little better. You've definitely given me some ideas for tweaking the builds. Thanks for the input!

and another questiion: what program did you used to record and show the solo baron?
thank you very much:
pie ravenloft AKA general zod
In case you can't find it, check the little box next to, "Force Comments" on the right half of your guide.
MAxing E isn't necessary
Also you can try doran's blade + pot works very well. And manamune: well i don't use, not rly needed, I go trinity instead and take a few manareg runes if needed
I dunno though, I might try out 21/9/0 sometime and maybe post it as a 3rd build. I didn't really consider going Mana Regen blues instead.
Thanks for the feedback.
