Soraka Guide

I'd recommend a different rune setup. At the moment it's far more beneficial to take HP in seals than armour, so it's better to do that; get 9 flat HP seals and 3 flat armour quints. Glyphs can be either scaling or flat MR and then Hybrid or Magic pen in marks. Try it out, at least, I think you'd agree it's better.
Should swap out your warding totem for a sweeping lens after getting your sightstone, or around level 8-9. You can also upgrade your warding totem to the pink ward totem but taking lens will help you out more in securing objectives and having better map control. Rest of the build is fine, though I'd probably not go for Merc's and rather take Mobis or Ionians.
Guide could use some more gameplay information, and perhaps match-ups, but overall contains good info and is concise. And as said I do not agree that Soraka beats Leona in lane. The silence and armour buff are handy but she has no disengage nor any gap closers and can't stop a Leona engage.
Overall it's all right, deserves a +1 but I'd like to see some changes. :)
Thank you for the critique. You're right; it completely slipped my mind to mention a sweeper's lens. Funnily enough, I haven;t played League for a long time, and this feel uncomfortable discussing detailed gameplay situations. Nonetheless, thank you very much.

Thanks for your comment! If you don't mind, I'd like to explain the methods to my madness. You didn't read my guide much, so you probably don't get why I have more offensive runes. I honestly find Rylai's to be a must-have item, as it makes your heals more potent, gives you survivability with the health, and provides the slow. In my opinion, boots of mobility is terrible, putting it nicely, because as Soraka, I am almost always targeted, thus negating the movement passive.
Traditionally, Soraka may not be strong against Leona, but I have never had issues against her. Her sword thrust is not that hard to avoid.
At the end of the day, this is my first ever guide, as I just joined the mobafire community. I don't expect to be at the top of the charts. I just wish to share my knowledge with those who will give me a chance.
