We lost that game because he went afk halfway through even though we were winning because, in his own words, "sorry guys, im useless, i never play top, i go afk" after his 6th death. After playing without him for a while they got ahead, he came back and they stayed ahead. :l

First time I failed to finish off their Vi I thought I'd misclicked Q on the ground instead of her 3 times in a row, then after that got me killed, when I revived and was in melee range of Veigar for about 4 seconds and didn't Q him a single time despite mashing the button on him, I realized something was wrong.
