A recreational LoL league (think rec softball or rec flag football).

Get placed on a team and compete in a season (four to eight weeks) against other teams in your league of similar skill.

What else if anything, would need to be added for this to be worth your time?

Im pretty sure this is what the quene in game already does. Does it not

unless your talkinga bout forum people only and in that case unless there was enough incentive to actually get on the forums to join and wait they would just go in game to play.
