The 400th Skin

Shame the champion isn't great.[/quote] You are right he is not great but at the same time theres potential in him if they just took him and reworked his abilities Its like his ultimate, [[Radiance]]...its an attack that afterwards gives allies around you bonus Attack and AP but then only issue is that its an attack first and those who are playing Taric are most likely going to be wanting to get the attack in to deal damage rather than just striking the hammer down and going "now we got more damage". If they took the attack away, gave extra boost or something...maybe even change it into a toggle on and off so its like "everyone gets bonus to their stats...but it drains your mana overtime" he may actually be better for it.
