It just hit the PBE and it's a nice skin but it's not an Ultimate Skin.
but there is a new game mode coming out that will feature Xerath as the main character, really he's going to be the center of attention sitting in the middle of the map acting like a type of Baron/objective. So it would make sense to feature him as the next Ultimate Skin since riot could make a billboard out of him just to showcase the new skin since everyone is going to try the new game mode at least once.

and im sad for it, cuz i hoped for something better. Not saying its ugly, im still gonna buy it cuz kha'zix, its nice, and i like it more when R is evolved. Like the jade claws and particles tho, very cool.
After all im not that sad, but i hoped for him to be the one to get the next ultimate skin so it could be something hyper cool
