She's an entirely meta dependent champion who has for most of her career been weak. She really only saw heights of play in Season 1, briefly in S3 and recently.[/quote]

She really only saw heights of play in Season 1, briefly in S3 and recently.[/quote] how could be an adc with a jump for repositioning and safety, an as steroid(very strong late game), an ulti which can be used to push away enemies from her or to doom them into your team and a passive that gives you the most range in the feking game be weak and meta dependent? Also do you find that its ok for a champion so easy to play to be instakilling people at lvl 6 if she built only 2 dorans ring? I don't know if you noticed her damage as ap. You were probably talking about adc tristana, and yes she can be shitty vs some other adcs in early game, but even before the lane phase ends, she can doom them easily if farmed correctly and got 1 kill.
