After 2 weeks I have traveled a distance of up to 20 miles in one sitting. I have calculated that I can ride one mile in 3:30 seconds and my goal is to ride 200 miles in one sitting.
So math time:
60 minutes/3.30 minutes = 18.18 miles in a 60 minute time frame.
My goal should be to get 20 miles in 1 hour/60 minutes. The math looks like such.
20MPH X 10Hours~ =200 Miles
So from my data forehand 18.18MPH X 10 Hours~ = 181 miles therefore i can conclude that I probably have to take 11 hours.
by week 10 I should be able to "ride" 200 miles but that's not probable due to the human physique. I assume sometime within 15 weeks I can make this goal a reality.

I've done 60 Mile Bike rides, and those are quite exhausting. To put this in reference, tour de france riders ride around 110 Miles each day.
200 Miles would be riding 1.9 times as long as those riders do in a day. Not only is that difficult, it's probably a little dangerous.
I think a more reasonable goal would be 60 miles in 10 weeks - just to get your endurance up as well as minimize the risk of muscular injury. Consistently brutal cycling workouts can lead to unpleasant experiences like, thigh chafing (which really ****ing sucks. Avoid getting this at all costs!), up to pretty serious condition like FAI, which may require surgery.
You may have already looked into this already, but if you haven't done so already, it may do you good to think about getting a nice road bike. I'm quite partial to lightweight bikes, like cervelos. I swear you can coast on these things for like a kilometer - not even kidding
