Your ult now no longer deals unreliable damage, and if you can stack it up with some AoE CC, it is going to destroy people.

But he also rapes people harder than Urgot early. Having one of the best dueling skills + a super strong heal.

Lategame, he is pretty much just a poke champ, but that is GP in most cases anyway.
