First of all, let me clarify that there aren't supposed to be any ads on MOBAFire that automatically play sound. We find those just as annoying as you do and we'll always do our best to keep them off this website.
As far as actually dealing with them goes, you can help with that. Next time you run into one, please send me an email (wayne@mobafire.com). Include a screenshot of the ad (to show which page you encountered it on and where was it positioned) and note down what it's advertising / which website it links to. If you could also let me know which region you are browsing from and attach a notepad file containing the info you get if you right click the page and select the "view page source" option, that would help immensely too.
