It's pretty much agreed upon that no one at Riot ever bothered playing Cass. The new Cass is just so garbage that she would've been better if she never got reworked. Also, ROA > Tear 90% of the time, that might help you a lot with your survivability. Even if you don't die in fights, its impossible to carry as Cass since you'll be zoned out so much and her roaming is subpar too.
Cass bot lane is ok for the first couple of minutes, then you start needing gold and realize none of her skills are good for a support.
EDIT: Instead of ADC? Don't do it, her damage is too unreliable compared to an autoattack. Also, you'll have trouble sieging turrets with an AP champ's AD.

I've seen it working before, so yeah, it can work. But unless you're extremely confident in what you're doing I wouldn't do it. She can match pretty much any ADC's DPS if you're playing her right so that's not a problem.
And I wouldn't pick her instead of adc, they're too important. I would only do it if we had like
Quinn top or an ADC mid.

I really have trouble playing
I got 3 streak lost playing Cass, maybe I am just suck at lower mobile champ or is Riot change her too much?
I play league for just around 5 months, but thanks for my years-experience in MOBA, I didn't have any trouble about basic gameplay and mostly 80%, I won my lane.
I can't really figure it out what should I do to maximize her potential.
She just changed so much... and spamming her E again and again is like playing female
My item set is this (reality is I change it every game but this is what it should looks like).
My skill order is
R > E > Q > W
Really don't wanna give up on her, her new skin is... still cool I guess.
