I don't think 
Frozen Mallet sucks. I've lost a game before purely because someone on the enemy team bought a Frozen Mallet and were able to kill me/catch me out in many situations where I would have just walked away with little damage taken if that specific item hadn't been bought.
I can't remember who bought it, but it might have been a Warwick.
