My name is J. Been a fan of mobafire for a long time now but just got around to making an account. I'm new to forums so I apologize if this thread is in the wrong area, MOD please move it if it is. (Saw that thread was moved. Sorry for posting in the wrong section. I will try to post in the right area in the future)
The main reason I made this post was to share the specs on my new laptop I just bought and to receive useful and constructive criticism on it. This is going to be my only form of technology that I use other than my phone (OnePlus One). It will be used for school, work, programming, editing, and gaming.
5.73 LBs with Battery Pack
15.15" (w) x 10.67" (d) x 0.98" (h)
If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask.

A 4k resolution was available but after weighing all the pros and cons, I did't think it would suit my needs. Its not worth it for a 15.6" display and since I won't be using external monitors or displays, I decided not to get 4k.

Ah, I see. I just looooove high resolution. Helps me be productive :)
Please be sure to let us know how your new laptop holds up and the pros and cons!
