Lucian Viable in S5?

Even if Twitch or Kog win lane, they'll lose midgame to him, because Lucian never falls that far behind. He's a champ who's phenomenal early and mid, with a decent late game, with no clear weakness. Someone like that is definitely a tier above all other ADCs. If Lucian ever gets nerfed, I don't think Twitch or Kog would be top tier either, he'd just get replaced by Draven and maybe Graves and Jinx.[/quote]
