Early levels jungling can be rough with the lack of masteries/runes. So it's understandable you'd want to take him elsewhere, as Crash recommended other popular places for him are mid lane and support.
Fiddlesticks' a pretty slow champion over all but makes up for it with his damage output Crowstorm is incredibly powerful if you get a well placed one, and top that off with the fact you can use a a stasis effect such as Zhonya's Hourglass to be unharmed at the end of it is just huge. Reap Silences and does a considerable amount of damage as well, Bountiful Harvest is strong enough to make 1v1ing him without Heal reduction near impossible. Unless you can interrupt it every time it's up, and finally Terrify despite nerfs is still a fantastic CC overall.
