Nice guide, but can you explain the item choice of building BoM before Ravenous Hydra? It just seems a little weird to finish boots second item.
The reason i take it so early on is because it does not cost a lot of gold and it will increase your roaming ability significantly and you will be able to get around your jungle and to lanes much faster, if you tried getting Ravenous first it would take a while until you will be able to complete the Mobis.
I believe Rek'sai should have IE.

Infinity edge i see could definitely be viable when he is fed however if he isn't it won't be that effective and will make you squishier.
