1) Make sure your mobo is compatible with that cpu (it needs to be socket 1150)
2) 760 is overkill if you're only going to play league. specify what games you're going to play if you want more specific advice. Also, arguably some AMD gpu's offer better bang-for-buck performance over the 760. There's also the gtx 960 upcoming in January.
3) I'd recommend getting an SSD as it's arguably the best bang-for-buck upgrade you can ever get for your system.
