Working at MOBAFire
Our team works remotely and is spread across the globe. As such, we do not have a required work day schedule. You will have complete freedom to work the hours you want, where you want and your performance will be judged only on your results. That being said, we require all team members to be available for a scheduled weekly team meeting, and to be online and available via Skype while they are working. Additionally, the majority of our team is in North America, so if you are too far outside of NA time zones it may prove difficult for you to coordinate with other team members.
This is a rare opportunity to be a part of a young and fast-growing company, and to take a seat at the helm of a project that is already successful and has massive potential, with the support of an experienced, friendly and highly skilled team. If you are a gamer, you will love working with this group! Almost all of our staff are gamers as well, many rose up from within our own communities to work with us. Working at a gaming company has its perks!
