Rell passively gets 15% bonus armor and magic resist, 20% attack speed and 75 attack range. Rell enters armored form, gaining 30% bonus movement speed decaying over 2 seconds and empowering her next attack to stun enemies for 0.6 seconds and knocking them up for 0.4 seconds. In this form, she can use Ferromancy: Crash Down.
