This giud is a good example for new season 3 meta game and its very sirius. I am 2k elo player u can believe me. Ive got

For runes u need very hard sustain in enemy jungle so you take every thing in armor and movment speed. (dont ask me why u take for sustain movemnent speed *****as).

Ur runes must look like this :

9x Mark of Resilience (+0,91 Armor)
9x Seal of Resilience (+1,41 Armor)
9x Glyph of Clarity (+0,055 Mana reg. per level)
3x Quintessence of Swiftness (bla movement ****)

Or this :

9x Mark of Resilience (+0,91 Armor)
9x Seal of Resilience (+1,41 Armor)
9x Glyph of Resilience (+0,71 Armor)
3x Quintessence of Swiftness (bla movement ****)

In masteries u need 8 Points in ATTACK because if u push towers it will help u.
3 Points in this attack **** because i said it. 1 Points for more osome dmg against jungle noob creeps. 4 Points in Attack speed **** , u need it for pushing tower !

21 Points in DEFENS because u need sustain for lane pushing if ur team mate is not there and for sustain against tower and enemy jungle creeps!

1 sirius Point in UTILLITY:

U take ur last point in the first think because u need the 0.5 cast time for teleport it will help u for tower pushing if the enemy team is in ur base!

Yea with smite u can smite creeps (REALLY?) in jungle and steal wolves if the do baron or some thing like that.

The second spell must be teleport for super osomeness. With teleport u can cu cu ****erganking like baus. u can backdoor like a baus and some thing like this haha ! everyyy enemy will run if they see the teleport on there lane ! U can teleport on mid or top lane if ur mate is base or dead u can push the lane for him !

U start with normal boots 1 ward (for top lane) and 1 heal pot.
u go back base if u can buy heart of gold or philo. this 2 items are ur core items in early-mid game. Then u buy one or two wards for top and enemy jungle , this is very important.

The core build is. U need to stack all 4 gold per second items this is very important for late game.

before u buy ur late game items ur item build must look like this:

Boots of Mobility
Philow stone (i dont care about the real name so stfu noobs)
avarice blade
heart of gold
lucky pick
wriggels lantern


In late late late late late game late:

Ur itmes must this

Boots of Mobility
Triforce
Ionic Spark
Heart of Gold
Wriggels Lantern
Frozen heart

With this osome items u will win every game

THE PLAYS:
In early u help ur jungler with the blue or red. After that u have to invade the enemy wraithes. then u go top with ur jungler for ckras triple gank! after the gank u take ur ward in the top bush for osome cu cu ****ergank with teleport ! NO WAY they will said hahaahah !

then u go base and bla bla bla ... ganking alone or with ur jungler ... invade the enemy jungle and some thing like this.

in late game u have to put a few wards in the enemy jungle or enemy base. in the bushes at there tower also good !! if the enemys do baron or drake or pushing ur base u teleport at this wards and backdoor the ****ing noob base hahaha !!!!
