Mordekaiser is fairly tanky but has a lot of AP and magic penetration. He needs to be tanky late game because he is melee and needs to be able to charge in, but also needs to pack a punch.
Masteries
Summoner Spells
Flash and Ignite but if you are playing very offensively you could potentially get Ignite and Exhaust. If you are very new to Mordekaiser and want to be very evasive you could get Ghost and Flash but I wouldn't recommend that. Another good option that i sometimes use is instead of Flash and Ignite i used Ghost and Ignite [/h1]
