This is a pretty heavy lifesteal build. personally i find it best for a hybrid of jungling/filling a lane when needed. The spells, smite and ghost, are for ganking/jungling. As for the build: Once you need your last item slot sell your boots. You shouldn't need the movement speed if you have 2 phantom dancers. Also this guide is disorganized, i know. It's still a work in progress but i feel the build is a pretty solid build. For a really fun time (if you enjoy trolling) do this build with Teemo. 'nuf said.
post script: if you need mana in a 3v3 get a mana gem but in 5v5 just grab blue buff you'll be fine
