''I've learned a thing or two about pain! Let me show you.''
- Trundle
I play Trundle like a tank. This build is for people who are not afraid to support their team for the greater good (wins).
This build is aimed at initiating team fights, surviving team fights, and defending the control points.
This is my fist attempt at a build so please let me know what you think.

Items
The enemy team will be balanced so your stats should be balanced also. I like to build health and then balance my armor and magic resist.
The first item I purchase is my Boots of Speed, Null-Magic Mantle, and a ruby crystal. This will give me speed, magic resist and health at the start of the game. My first trip back I will upgrade to the Mercury Treads and upgrade my Ruby Crystal to the Phage. I like Mercury Treads because of the 25 magic resist but I love them because of the +35 tenacity.
I then build my Phage into the Frozen Mallet. Not only does this item grant you the most health (700) in Dominion but it also gives you 20 attack damage and slows your enemy by 40% for 2.5 seconds. Not only with this keep your enemies from escaping but it will also keep them on your Contaminate.
Next I build Zeke's Herald. This will give me +250 health, 15% cooldown reduction, and an aura that grants 20% attack speed and 12% life steal to myself and my allies.
Now I build an Atma's Impaler. This will give me 45 extra armor and 18% critical chance. This item also converts 2% of your health to damage.
This is my base build.... The next two items may vary on how I am playing and how the enemy team is playing. Here is a list of good items for Trundle to fill the last two spots.
* Aegis of the Legion = +270 Health, +18 Armor, & +24 Magic Resist.
* Hexdrinker = +35 Attack Damage & +30 Magic Resist.
* Ionic Spark = 50% attack speed & + 250 health.
* Wits End = +40% Attack Speed & +30 Magic Resist.
* Force of Nature = +76 Magic Resist, +40 Health Regen, & +8% Movement Speed.
* Thornmail = +100 Armor

Strategy
Most likely, 3 are going top, 1 mid, and 1 bottom. You and two of your teammates will rush top. You will initiate the team fight for control of the tower by dropping Contaminate and absorbing a lot of damage while your teammates go in for the ganks. Use exhaust, spam Rabid Bite, and Drop Pillar of Filth to block any enemy trying to escape. Rest of the game just be a good teammate by initiating team fights, taking most of the damage while your teammates get all the glory with the kills. Don't worry. No one will thank you for all that you do for the team but you will know that you are the reason why your team won.

Lore
Trolls have never been well-regarded beings of Valoran. Generally speaking, they are barbaric, cannibalistic, and sneaky. They are creatures relegated to the murky recesses of the world, hidden away from most intelligent beings. Despite their maleficent natures, however, the Ruhgosk never deserved the grisly fate that was visited upon them. Generations ago, a twisted necromancer known as Hakolin the Bonecrafter attempted to enslave the Ruhgosk tribe. These trolls are considerably more genteel than their ill-mannered brethren, although still uncouth by human standards. The Ruhgosk fought tooth and claw against the necromancer, ultimately driving him from their land. As a parting gift, Hakolin afflicted the trolls with a leprous disease, forever cursing the members of the tribe. The leprosy would have rotted their flesh away to nothing were it not for the trolls' natural ability to regenerate. Caught forever in a hideous rotting state, the Ruhgosk endured their curse while desperately in search of a cure. They never found one.
A wise Ruhgosk shaman learned that he could magically bind the disease to a single troll, provided that the troll could bear the weight of the entire tribe's curse upon himself. However, there was no such troll...until the birth of Trundle. His ability to regenerate was so profound that it appeared as if he did not carry the disease. As Trundle grew, he came to understand his gift and what it could do for his people. When he came of age, he took the curse from his tribe in a baptism of searing agony. Through the shaman's ritual, Trundle became a horrifying creature whose flesh constantly sloughs off his body, only to be re-grown in an unremitting cycle. He has joined the League of Legends in hopes of eventually finding someone who could dispel the heinous curse completely.
