I totally worded that wrong...I meant I want to hear your opinions on the guide as a whole, not that you needed to post your feedback on the guide.

No, you do not need Exhaust on Morgana.. It's not bad, but other spells are generally superior due to her not being an up close and personal champion unless using her ult.
AP quints. All the way. Don't even bother with others..
NEVER start with an AP tome. It's ****py starting item. Start with D ring or a Sapphire Crystal+2pots.
Then build Catalyst the Protector RIGHT AWAY. After that throw in Boots then build Rod of Ages. Then you can finish your boots and the rest of your build. The items in your build are good, just in the wrong order.
