Ok, so I have a talon guide and a... unique way of building him etc. However, I want to start discussion on how people think he should be built independent of that guide.

IMO it's simple: 4.5 total AD ratios (each bonus AD gives 6.5 bonus damage in an ideal combo), high burst potential, no AS or or other autoattack steroids, and minimal disruption or defensive abilities in his kit point to building him as a near pure assassin.
