1. You would have your match history open in LoL.
2. Hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
3. Hit paste while an image editing program is open (MS Paint, Paint.net, Photoshop).
4. There should be your screencap of your scores.
5. Now crop it to only show your match history, and voila!
6. Look at Xaioli's thread about uploading images with imageshack.

windows key -> all programs -> accessories -> Paint
OR
windows key+r (press and hold windows key then press R) and type 'mspaint' in the dialog box (without the ')
now you have paint.
the Printscreen key should be right next to F12 on normal keyboards.
if u need further help, i will post pictures of how to do it.
