shuru did a good job with the games on the 30th of March. he kept his cool even when people were being annoying and did a good job balancing games and was overall helpful. I do have to admit though..I was hoping more people would stay and discuss the game longer in the after game chat...not that that is necessarily under his control.

Time to make my contribution I guess. Shuru is an host that tries to be helpful and is decently organised. Sometimes it takes him time to balance teams but this is an acceptable things as it is not always the easiest thing to do with the range of player the NA inhouses have.
Also, he tries to give feedback during and after the games to the new players but sometimes he goes a bit far and it makes him come of as angry. Remember Shuru inhouses are for fun no need to take them that seriously just give a few tips to the new players instead of patronizing tall game long because it can be really agressive for them and diminish their experience of the inhouses.
Finally, I thinks he does a steady job as an host and is dedicated. Of course he is far from perfect but I feel his intentions are good and I feel comfortable when he host inhouses. He should just try to take it easy and stop his game long speech about how you should do this and that.

Make sure you pay attention to people you rotate out. There were two players who were signed up today that you rotated out to get others in that you never rotated back in. You never contacted or messaged either of us to let us know what was happening either. Kind of sucks sitting there wondering whats going on. Don't let people in chat who haven't signed up distract you from gathering the signed up players.
Not sure if It's still relevant, but May 18 games were pretty balanced and to me they started pretty quickly (it was my first inhouse so idk what the standard time is). Also, I got let in all 3 games, not sure if that's a good thing or not. Had lots of fun.

Sounds like you admitted that you messed up, which is fine. Just please try to be wary of whether or not you're complaining in the future. Hosts need to stay calm no matter how poorly the game is going for them or how their teammates are acting.
