Philosopher's Stone is labeled as Philosopher Stone in item builds. Very small, and may be because of text constraints, but I thought I'd put this here just in case.

That's because there's a width constraint on the item slot, and if the name is too long it goes outside of it and cuts it off. You will see this on other items with long names such as Enchantments.
