K My suggestion here now just listen...we have large community of players right?and if a big enough amount of players want something implemented into the game then riot should listen to us right?

so Revised Promote!
Promote-Promotes the Siege Minion into a Super Siege Minion fully healing it and adding 50% max hp and granting it 20% damage reduction and double damage to buildings for 15 seconds...Cooldown 300 seconds(don't know what would be balanced)

It would be allowed by one person on the team for added balance and it can fill the 11 spot on the leveling spells...

It could also have great synergy with Rally...to get that last tower as fast as possible and both talents would be in the same tree

Should a talent for it be implemented it would be added to 4th tier offense to fill a spot...

Improved Promote-Promote Now lasts 30 Seconds

ugh I was never a fan of promote, but what you said seems pretty balanced... It would be a great way to push the last couple of turrets which can be extremely annoying to push.. Sounds good.

I'd still never choose promote. Just not worth it IMO.

Well i suppose the one who is support on the team would get promote...Promote+rally might be a viable combo if timed right...

there was a very good reason why it was removed

who the hell used revive promote anyway, smite promote x 4 and promote / rally level 1 dragon then push mid, gg

well my version reduces it to one per team...for counter acting that argument hmm...maybe 15>30 seconds would be better

No need for only one per team. By making it castable only on Siege minions you solve that problem. You'll have max one every 3 waves and one every 2 waves after 35minutes.

So like this:
Promotes the target friendly siege minion, instantly healing it to full health and giving it +100%HP and +20% damage. Promotion lasts till' the unit dies. 200sec CD.

It would certainly make for some interesting tactics. I still don't know if I'd like it in the game though. I just unloaded an idea here.

I would rather they fixed Rally so it wasn't completely useless first

Even if it was like a banner you carried it would be better

I'll support this, I dont think it would hurt anyone. It could be a useful spell for supports.

This is the issue I have with the spell promote; selfless and useless.

Splendid idea; we'll cope it with Revive and call us lolisups!

Do you have any idea what that spell is meant to do? If you rely on minions you're a ***. final. (exluding game mechanics).
