which carry for which situation?

[/quote] Annie has MUCH more utility, Kassadin is a counter pick to a small number of champions (Mordekaiser, other low range ap champions), it's not exactly a fair comparison. Mordekasier is a much stronger piok because Malphite can't jungle effectively, and doesn't fit into the current lane metagame, also... Mordekaiser is a mage, and Malphite is a tank, that's a terrible comparison. Cho'Gath brings CC, baron steals, and a pretty decent lane to gank, where as Mordekaiser bring an extremely strong lane needing no ganks, and a hope and a prayer to a losing team. Caitlyn if you need a strong lane, Ashe brings utility.[/quote]

Now, during the 6 seconds that Kassadin's silence isn't up, Annie can Q, W, Bear for Stun, Q again, ignite, and an auto attack or so and Kassadin is dead. Basically, unless Kassadin gimps his laning phase pretty hard by taking defensive masteries and runes, then he's screwed vs. annie. All annie has to do is farm farm farm farm and then dominate Kassadin later in the game. I'd much rather put someone like Cho'Gath in mid vs. Annie.[/quote]

He was just a little above average champion before and now he's balanced or slightly underpowered.[/quote]
