You can just test it, it's a completly indepedent LoL installation...
I installed in other directory so I can have 2 shortcuts to launch the game.

I got the current client (editing normal client with the tools provided, too). Pretty awesome. Yaric is annoying to figure out, though ;P

EDIT: SkinLoL is also a *****.
