Akali has huge burst potential but is quite squishy. The same goes for SHaco, but his auto attacks are more reliable, while as Akali, you can't do much once your skills are on cooldown and/or you are low on energy. Both have stealth, but Shaco's is better as it is a built in blink with huge damage potential. They are both great chasers, but Akali is probably better with her ult.
