So today my friend and i had an idea, what if Nunu's E or Ashes R would make Anivia's E deal the double damage? So we went into a little private match and tried and guess what they both make her hit harder, i am assuming the riot definition of chilled is a frost attack that shows the little icy animation. Now we tried this with a frozen mallet and no go sorry guys :[ anyways what do you all think about this?

I think that slows such as ashes frost should not be carried on to other champions.
