My exploration about IP-boost.
145RP = 936IP (based on 6300IP champions prices) (holy 50% sale) (1 day boost)

To make this purchaise worth i needed 14 games:
95 min Wins on Summoners Rift
394 min Lose on Summoners Rift
158 min Wins in aram
103 min Lose in aram
Total: 750 minutes = 12.5 hours

Summarize: without sale isn't worth or with bad winrate like me
