Considering this is the guy who put up a post about how to get free Riot points on Mobafire about two days ago, I'd say that's PROBABLY why he got banned.

no you will have to wait untill the 23, unless it's already the 23 where you live then go ahead and log in. Otherwise you will have to wait it out
