Nah I wouldn't say you're in ELO hell unless you're under 1100 ELO. As is 1230 is pretty average score I think.

I have a bad tendency for playing harder champs, or those that take a lot more time to work with. The champions I use most are somewhat situational and easily countered, yet I play them anyway. XD
