I heard she could be built in a few ways. Bruiser, AD, Assassin ap.
Just going to throw this out there anything she can do Shaco can probably do better. Twitch is also pretty hot at the moment as far as inviso gankers go. His late game is very strong.
As for a build I'd just do whatever suits the team best, the meta game prefers tanky jungle.
Her flexibility is one of her strengths if you can even say such a thing : S
