Guys, I checked the official forums.

Jungle EXP is being buffed so you do not need awareness to jungle like you do now.
It would still be preferable to do it like that as you will level faster and have more buff duration but, it is no longer required.

Hopefully we'll see more "sub-standard" junglers now.
