Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh no.
Maybe if the team has no wards up/not used to fighting him... sure.. But even as a good Shaco there's a only so much he can do.. and that isn't much.

what xenasis said is mostly true. But he does in no way "rule" Unless you're playing him against level 5's.
