It's simple mate - shut down your computer and reset your ISP. It will reset your connection with Riot's servers. Every server has a queue log, your ISP is constantly on it for as long as you are connected to the internet. A complete shutdown allows the connection to reset this will help out with a clean connection and reset y our personal connection with Riot's servers.
This typically works unless your ISP itself is having problems with Riot's servers in which case nothing you can do will work.
