E has a 3 seconds CD, cost not very much Energy and deals massive dmg. You can basically go AD Marks and Quints and the jungle will fall. Think about it like a stronger sinister steel.

The thing is, how he will fare in S3 jungle? We will not get much of him in S2 jungle... He might be forced to go Wriggles -> Bruta -> Phage instead of just straight up rushing Bruta and that will hurt his efficiency a lot.
