Is new Katarina's ultimate bugged?

[/quote] The last news I read about Scarra was "I'm disapointed but I havent tried so much yet". Maybe he did say something after. I have to say I was disapointed too, Kat felt perfect to me as she was, and she cannot be played the way we did before. I still believe the kit is overall better now, even though they might have to change a few numbers. At a mid-rang ELO though, I still win my lanes as much as I used to when playing Kat.[/quote]

[/quote] I only read what Tiensi said, but he stated that he talked to scarra and they agreed. I tend not to be as aggressive anymore, which is bad since my poke is even worse.[/quote]
