Well his model is already implemented, as seen used by Phreak during the WCG tournament.

I wouldn't be surprised if he were to join the FoJ, but don't get your hopes up, either.

I'm excited as well that the lore team is supporting the efforts of the BMA with this little move...

Just to be clear though I have never said that Blink Monk is in the works. We still need to keep up the pressure on Riot.

the blind monk was a champion that was supposed to come out with the release of the game, as his model is shown in one of the old LoL videos. yet here we are without him.
