Would it be better to save up for real MS Quints or just buy the limited edition MS quints because they arE SOOOOO MUCH CHEAPERRRRRR and your only losing 1% movement speed for 3000 IP saved.

If you wanna be that guy who's like every tiny bit counts, competitive mindframe, then ye just get the regular T3's. If you're trying to fill out a lot of pages asap then these are a good idea ^^

I'd say get the limited edition, then rebuy the T3 if you really want that 1%.
